Please be aware these policies are in place to protect people, we appreciate not everyone agrees with them. We simply ask that you adhere to them when visiting our store.
If you do not adhere to the policies outlined below we will not allow entry to the premises.
Masks are now voluntary. If you do not wish to wear a mask you do not need to.
If you have no mask and are showing visible symptoms such as coughing, we will kindly ask you to either wear a mask or step outside the store.
We have lots of pregnant women coming in and out our shop and others who are in the high risk category.
We are trying to protect them as well as our staff and the rest of the customers.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused but we feel that it is better to be safe than sorry!

Williams Cycles will be limiting the number of customers in the store at any one time. It will be one customer group per member of staff. You may have to wait to be seen if we are at maximum capacity. Please be patient with us.
