Bought 2 e- bikes from Williams earlier this year - incredibly helpful service from Williams cycles - had some teething problems with both bikes (nothing to do with Williams, I should add) and Dom and Josh went to great lengths to hep us get everything sorted. Really rare these days to get such helpful service and we really appreciated it. Highly recommend this bike shop.

Just bought a Saracen Mantra Trail 2020. They set it up perfectly for my style of riding ,and offer a free service after 4 weeks of riding . The staff are friendly and are really helpful. Definitely recommend visiting this bike shop as it is by far the best all-round bike shop in Cheltenham.❤️

Great customer service, have gone above and beyond on both occasions we have visited providing great advice with no pressure to buy. Unboxed and fitted child’s car seat onsite and then on the second occasion assembled my daughters new bike within an hour as they could see how excited she was to take it home that day. I recently took my bike to williams cycles after another well known bike shop couldn't carry out the repair to the bottom bracket . Within a couple of hours the bike was fixed . I recommend this bike shop especially for repairs . thanks guys you kept the old bike going !

Amazing service from all that helped us, the guys here really took there time with us and gave us all the information and guidance we needed. We had gone to look around a couple places before going here, but after talking to the guys we knew we would buy our bikes from from them. Because of the service we bought 2 bikes, locks and a car rack and we will be back to buy any others bits we will need because these guys are just simply great at what they do. We will never show anywhere else for our biking needs.

Just visited Dominic at Williams to get more info and trial ebikes. Dom and the team gave us great advice, guidance and their time which made for a really pleasant shopping experience. Thank you so much for all of your help. Our 11 year old son wanted to both purchase a bike and get a custom design scooter(all his own money). Josh was a delight and got him the perfect bike. He then helped source bits for his scooter, spending ages with Monty getting the right bits (at no point did we feel rushed). He then has built the scooter for him. Monty is delighted, and although a little shy, thinks Josh is amazing. We will definitely be back, and can highly recommend them and their extensive knowlegde.

Helpful place - minor repair carried out to my Shimano Ultegra road pedals (they’re an official service centre) - no charge. Decent of them - helpful bunch! Well stocked with bikes too.
